Well, certainly can't miss that one! I love the term, constabulary, which we don't have as a regular part of our vocabulary. Has a nice ring to it.
Black and white works very well with this photo's subject and background.
Reminds me of the old tv series Dixon of Dock Green. A very gentle crime series, miles away from the Sweeney.
