Selfridge's Windows

Selfridge's is a smart department store on Oxford St. Their latest windows are superb. A castaway theme with the mannequins in designer clothes. They have been using artists to do their windows for a few months now. I'm not sure if this is totally new or if they have done this in the past.

That's very cool, though I really hope people are not going to be wearing that stuff. (I'm definitely getting old, I know.)

Totally cool!! But I wouldn't be caught castaway with that on!

Very interesting display ideas for them to use. And an awesome photo!

This photo actually looks like a painting to me! If I remember, I will look for this store next I'm in London, although I'm not a big fan of Oxford St. Most of the stores are the same ones we have here!

Very impressive, although I'm with Fénix, I'm not sure that the world is quite ready for the 'castaway look'.

Wow- that's incredible. I've never seen anything like that before as a window

Oh, I'd look so dapper in that outfit! And my girl, on my arm, strolling down the Kissimmee Lakefront in that outfit ... WOW!

Love the photo ... and they are smart to put displays like this in their windows, but really, who wears that stuff? LOL

That comment from Zololkis is a virus, don't click on it!

Thanks George townboy. I recognise the virus from Zololkis. Have deleted it now. Just didn't have internet access yesterday. I hope no one visiting my comments clicked on it.
