Beautiful sky and interesting building top. Amazing that someone would take the time to decorate the roof so intricately, but it's beautiful!

That's the roof of the old Finsbury Town Hall (now housing, among other things, the Neighbourhood Office). As you may know, up until the council reorg in the 70s Finsbury was a its own Central London Borough. A semi-serious declaration of independence happened there in the 80s!
