I must agree wholeheartedly with Elaine! ;^) A very nice photo with the bright yellow against all the detritus.
So what is up with the UK and all these limits on public photography. 100 pounds charged for use of a tripod in a public place? So if I as an American tourist come to London and am in the street making photos using a tripod, what should I expect? Will a police officer interrupt me and prohibit me from taking tourist photos? Is there a Big Brother system of public survelance going on? In the USA, for now anyway, public photography is a protected right. I've only heard of private property security guards hassling people with tripods, claiming if one used a tripod one must be a professional photographer taking for profit shots. Very lame. -Kim Seattle Daily Photo

Looks like someone was determined to turn right.
Seems like a unduly limiting directive at such a derelict spot. Nice capture.
