I consider myself a poor judge of human behavior but can't resist putting in my two cents.From the body language and the fact that he has stopped walking I'd say he is annoyed if not angry. On the up side, it was considerate of him to stop where he did.
I agree with Wayne - I think he's upset. Possibly with his wife/gf/partner, but it looks more like a work issue. Just my thoughts. :o)It's an interesting backdrop for his stance, that's for sure! Everyday happenings can sometimes make the best pictures!
