Post Card from Wales

This is summer 2008! Seems it is raining everywhere in the UK. Maybe when we get a heatwave we will look back fondly on this year. This bridge is in the historic town of Brecon or if you want to attempt its welsh name, Aberhonddu.

Hello, Mo! We've been having the opposite problem here....too little rain. Except for a sudden loud and windy thunderstorm the other day, it's been dry, dry, dry. I love your photo; so refreshing, and I even wish I were under one of those umbrellas.

Well, we could use some of that rain out here in parched California -- it's been dry as a bone...

I see why the blue skies in my photos appeal to you! We don't get enough rain down here...

Oh this is magical- you live in such a beautiful area of the world! Love this!

(And we would love some of that rain here- as long as it didn't come with hail!)

What were the chances of catching someone on the bridge with a yellow umbrella and slicker?

Electric blue shoes, yellow bumberchutes, how do you do it?

A very nice picture, Mo!! Full of atmosphere!
We had a longlasting heatwave here in the north of Italy. I hope you will get some of it!

The weather is crazy everywhere! On a usual very hot summer, it looks like it's going to rain today here and the night is cold... in the middle of August!!!
Well, anyhow your picture is great!
Thanks for your comment on my blog.
Greetings

The Brecon Beacons, I Know them well. When I lived near Birmingham we used to go there all the time.
