Love this photograph! Planes land often at Pearson (Toronto) but I've never seen a photo op like this one!
I used to live below the Heathrow flight path so those skies are very familiar!

Such a good image, Mo. Not only have you noticed how intricate the clouds and the trails intersect, but your horizon is inspired. The chimney pots - and their utter blackness - are a marvellous support to the blueness of your sky. Then to have the rays of the rising sun just visible behind the pots and at the end of the trail is careful composure.

What a great picture for SkyWatch! Love the chimney stacks, too. I know this is going to sound corny and cliche, but they remind me of Mary Poppins!
This is my favorite for this round. Hands down. Perfect.
I love the sky colours, and the placement of the cloud is just perfect over all of those chimneys. Makes me think of the first Disney movie I ever saw: Mary Poppins. Love it!
