Joy of Life Fountain

Joy of life? Looks like impish trouble to me.
A fund set up by Constance, who was the then widow of artist Sigismund C H Goetze, paid for this and several other sculptures in London Parks.

This of course is Hyde Park in London not the one in Hyde!
