Pizza

London Restaurant Festival began yesterday. The next six days we will be treated to food events throughout the city. Yesterday at Covent Garden, the festival's hub, the Pizza Express boys were performing and spinning pizza bases. Think you could do this? If you wanted you could give it a go, lessons were offered.

As an Italian I'm supposed to be good at making pizza but ... I wouldn't dare give that spinning technique a try...not sure the pizza base would ever get into the oven! Great pic!

That looks like the start of the best type of pizza in the world---the kind that's topped with sauce made from fresh tomatoes and basil, and covered with big gooey splotches of melted mozzerella. Mmmmmm.
