Yesterday at Covent Garden, the festival's hub, the Pizza Express boys were performing and spinning pizza bases. Think you could do this? If you wanted you could give it a go, lessons were offered.

As an Italian I'm supposed to be good at making pizza but ... I wouldn't dare give that spinning technique a try...not sure the pizza base would ever get into the oven! Great pic!

That looks like the start of the best type of pizza in the world---the kind that's topped with sauce made from fresh tomatoes and basil, and covered with big gooey splotches of melted mozzerella. Mmmmmm.
what a shame, I missed it by a day...
