Savoy Graveyard

Tucked away behind the Savoy Hotel on a little street off the Strand is a small chapel and graveyard. A little oasis not widely known about. Dating back to the reign of Henry VII.

Great photo, Mo. Wonder whose grave stone this is?

That is so gorgeous Mo. I love these little pockets of beauy and introgue you find tucked around London.

Love the climbing vines and the wild look of the place.

Fascinating! I imagine you clambering over broken walls, walking up narrow alleyways, peeping through disused doorways to get your very different shots.

Lovely photo - I like the mono treatment. It's fun discovering hidden places like this - for real and on people's blogs. Who would know there was all this wild nature in the middle of London.

What a great find - that's my favorite thing about London, there's something beautiful and hidden on almost every street if you know where to look. I'm going to look for this when I'm in London next!
Love your blog!
Cheers,
Leah
