Memorial Garden

The British government created this memorial garden in Grosvenor Square to remember the victims of September 11. At the opposite end of the square is the US embassy.

That is a most appropriate setting.

Pretty picture. Regarding your question: No food.

Will they move the memorial when the American embassy moves to its new location?

This is lovely. I was in London in the spring of 2012 and I remember walking past the American Embassy not knowing what it was, just that it was surrounded by a huge prison-like fence. When I saw that it was the American Embassy it made me sad to see that such a fence was needed.

Wow Susan! I did not know you time-travelled. How did the London Olympics go? Anything interesting happen?

Sorry, I meant Sharon, not Susan.
