Beautiful statue. Given the location I would think she has something to do with the sea, shipping or ships. I wonder who she is?

Ah, your research was blown off course almost straight away. This isn't Trinity House but the building next to it, which was built as the headquarters of the Port Of London Authority. Its construction was slowed by the First World War, it took a direct hit during the Second World War and was later converted to offices when the PofLA moved downstream. There are now plans to convert it to a six-star hotel.
The statue depicted in your vignetted image is the allegorical figure of "Navigation", although I too think her appearance is redolent of Britannia. On the wall that flanks the opposite side to the building's corner entrance is her counterpart, the male figure of "Commerce", the combination of the two, of course, making London the world's busiest and richest port at the time of this building's construction.
