Gulls can be a bit vain I think. And there are worse things than talking to birds, so feel free...
The subject has not a care in the world... just being a nuisance as usual. At least it shoved over a bit for you to snap this fine photo. The background looks so surreal... Good stuff MO!

I think an offset gull adds something to the composition of a photograph;-)
