Since 2001 the Goodenough College has been opened to students of both sexes and is fully international, with 650 students from 90 countries.
I 've walked past the building many times wondering what is looked like inside, so when they had an open day I leaped at the opportunity to take a peak. This grand staircase in the main hall leads to the library and grand hall.

Some pictures - I can smell the smell. This one - I can hear the echoey clatter of shoes.
It is a substantial building. I love the play between the arched windows and the stairs.
