Is it really an art installation based on one numbered Swiss railway clocks, or is it a subliminal way of telling the bankers in Canary Wharf that their time is running out?
This is great and I love your comment about the messaging here. I visited Canary Wharf on my last visit there. It is such a modern contrast from the rest of London.
I am going to take it as a clever art installation, but you will no doubt find many who will agree with (and maybe wish for) your alternative explanation.

The tricky part is keeping all the clocks at the correct time, I kind of like it!

A bit eerie.
I like it!
I think bankers have a charmed life....
