Poor old Ken. The bikes were his idea but they didn't get onto the streets until Boris was mayor, so it looked like his idea!

The bike program here is in a bit of financial trouble.I'm glad you sent Sharon the link to the giraffe film - it was the first thing I thought of when I saw her post today.
Great idea. I would do that.
I keep trying to convince Stephen to go on a bike tour with me but for some crazy reason, he believes I can't ride a bike.
