Three Pillars

Sometimes it would be nice to know a little more about the street art you stumble upon. This work is under a bridge that crosses the Lea River. On the opposite side of the river from where this work sits is a housing estate. On this day directly opposite was cordononed off by the police.  I was not able to find out why.  Stories to discover here.

Definitely! I expect the story behind the cordoning was different from the one behind the faces, too, which makes it even more interesting!

It sure puts an artistic slant to this place.

I think it would look better scraped off and returned to plain cement.
