A Year Long Birthday

It is a pretty impressive milestone, 150 years the London tube has been running.  And celebrations have continued throughout the year.  This sign at St Pancras is one of the latest markers. We've had posters, poems and pictures.  Films, buskers and books.  I'll keep you posted on others as I catch a glimpse of them.

Underground a fantastic place, outside rush hour!

That's quite the sign. 150 years of underground transit is a very good reason for celebration.

The underground is one of London's most precious assets. They had wonderful travel posters in the past, mostly in the 1920s, advertising destinations. If they bring any of those posters back, grab one!

I just think their logo is cool for a transport system!
