London has been quite daring in its development. It seems to me that two thirds has been successful artistically and maybe one third not. But, that is a good record.
Development is good but some of the regenerated areas are all glass and chrome. I definitely think we need more art and restaurants in some of these places.

It is amazing how wonderful London re-does itself.
I hope it's not going to be all corporate and boring. Not that it was much cop before, but it's an opportunity to create something good.
If they keep it up, I won't recognize the place.
