Serpentine Pavilion

There is always something new to discover in London and I found another one of those "I never knew that was there" places yesterday.  The pavilion at the Serpentine.  Every year the Serpentine Gallery commissions acclaimed architects from around the world to design a contemporary pavilion.

This year the pavilion was designed by Sou Fujimoto.  He is the youngest architect so far to have had this honour.

It looks rather fragile to climb on.

This looks like fun! I see that some in the younger set have learned how to climb on it.

It's a gigantic jungle gym! I'd love to be there with my nieces and nephew.

It looks so fragile Mo, must be fairly hardy though. An interactive sculpture is always more fun.
