Carol singing, Christmas markets and a chilly breeze, it's definitely that time of year again. Roasting chestnuts, mulled wine and hot chocolate, the smells of the season. It's all there at Southbank.

However, I wish they would wait until at least mid December
They were setting up the Christmas market when I did my Southbank walk while I was there. It certainly is much bigger than I imagined.
Full of Christmas cheer and a bucket for collecting change in usually
Today here we had our Santa Claus parade... with snow falling.
My favorite part of town. Everyone's getting into the season.
