Continuing our MINI adventure we took in a few more of London's iconic sights. From St Paul's we headed off towards Bank passing the walkie scorch with it's hairnet (see my
previous post for explanation)
Past Tower, which we decided not to climb.
We drove over London Bridge and then came back over Tower Bridge. I was concetrating on my driving in heavy traffic so no photos crossing the bridges. We drove along Embankment and stopped to take the iconic photo of the London Eye. We took in the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. Drove around Trafalgar Square and up the Mall towards Buckingham Palace. And as a treat for my American friend we organised a wee parade.
to be continued…..

Nice tour round, Is that Third photo the monument to the great fire of London
I haven't driven in London since I worked in Chelsea in the late 70s - too scary now, hates off to you.
I have never been in a vehicle in London other than a taxicab. It looks like you were an outstanding host, and I look forward to hearing more about your day together when your guest returns back to Phoenix.
Perfect! I admire you for driving in London - I only attempt that in the wee small hours when the traffic is light(er)
Don't blame you for not climbing the monument!
Most touristy things are reasonably close.
You must show the tourist some green also!
These are great shots Mo. Wonderful MINI tour.
Impressive stuff. I like what you're doing. Fresh, indeed.
Just starting out myself with 'William Ruby's London'....photographs and ramblings.

Cheers!
I like the way you captured a bit of your adorable car in that last picture. What a wonderful adventure! You are rekindling the sibling rivalry.
I wouldn't want to drive in London!
You are simply the best tour guide! That parade was the icing on the cake.
Mo, you are an outstanding host(ess)! A nice tour.
Splendid shots!
I'd be inclined to have a go at climbing that monument tower...
You could work quite well as a professional tour guide.
Oh I hate that walkie talkie building, it's so crude and horrid! but I am enjoying your little adventure!
