A nice cheddar or a yummy blue these are the cheeses the English do better than anyone else.

Love Stilton and Cheddar and then I read people in Stilton are not allowed to call their cheese "Stilton" because of some screwy law...I get the feelings a lot of activities in Britain are over-regulated
