London has remarkable lights and colors at Christmas. I was there between Christmas and New Year in 2001. After September 11, no one was traveling, so airlines and hotels were starving. They offered incredible deals for the few willing to fly, so I took the family to London and stayed at the Grosvenor House for peanuts.

LED it be Christmas.
Why does it always seem to come quicker than we expect, even though it's on the same day every year?

I wish I was there to enjoy that city tour you mentioned with you. What fun that would be!
Oh wow, I love the juxtaposition of the festive lights and ordinary bus stop. Nice.
I only just realized a few moments before reading this that Xmas is a week away, eeks! Gorgeous lights, I love this time of year there.
Anything to cheer you up while waiting for a bus must be a good thing!
