Clearly Stewy is adorable and very important in someone's life. What else can you figure out about Stewy and Stewy's guardian? I can tell you the image is in Islington not too far from Angel, does that help the story? I look forward to your interpretations.

No connection to Banksy that I know of. (Other than the fact that they're both street artists.)
