I know that bridge! And, I am embarrassed to say that I have done this on occasion. It is a bad habit.
Recently, I was at an event where there were many college age girls. At one point I saw about a dozen of them sitting in a row, and maybe ten out of the dozen were silently reading their iPhone screens or texting. No one was talking. I took several photos but decided that it was not as interesting (or dispiriting) as a photograph as it had been in person.

Texting while walking, is like driving while drunk.
Love it! Beautiful image.
Lately, I have to watch where I walk very carefully so that I don't trip over things. I couldn't text while I walk at all.
At least is is not likely to injure others, unlike texing while driving
It's a way to walk right into traffic...
And the bridge view is outstanding!
I have trouble texting even standing still! Doesn't St. Pauls look great?
