Lofty Heights

We have the gherkin, the cheese grater and the walkie scorchie.  These are how Londoners have named the tall buildings in the city of London.  During the thunderstorm the other day lightening hit the top of the Shard see this BBC report.  Maybe the Shard should be called the sparkie sharkie. Or can you come up with a suitable name?

Lovely photo!

These buildings ought to share the name 'Needless Monstrosity!' They ought to be demolished.

Nice angle for the shot.

I am with adullamite... needless monstrosity is a good label. We've got some of those here.
