Everything is green in London right now - even this little stream in Regents Park. It's "naturally" green as result of the lovely warm weather promoting weed growth apparently. If you look closely there's a coot on its nest admiring its new "lawn".
I love walking the Regents Canal, and even if the green isn't good for the water, it's quite fascinating to look at. Are you on bloglovin? Have a great weekend, Tammy
That little stream is so ugly it's beautiful. Looks like ponds in Minnesota in August! Truly is a gorgeous shot, though! And gives the sense you could walk on it.

Looks like duckweed to me.

An instant source of food for many of the bird life hey Mo!
Not a good sign for the water quality
i was going to say, 'looks like duckweed!' :)
It's probably not good for the water, but hey, I still love the weather we are having.
Ooh, not good for the river, but so pretty, as you say. Like a lovely lawn.
A couple of years ago I got a photo of a coot on a green pond like this. He looked he was swimming in pea soup.

It is peculiar to look at. You need cooler weather.

Maybe that is just a little bit too much green.
