Renown for his large scale murals of Northern England mill towns during the 1970's; Walter Kershaw has applied his talents to this wall in Peckham Rye. Kershaw now in his 70's has been creating larger scale murals since before Banksy was even born.
I'll bet that Walter Kershaw was painting his murals in an era where the artist had permission to do so. I'm not certain that Banksy does. Happy New Year, Mo!
Good mural.
