I saw a drumming busker in Cardiff just before Christmas and he was using plastic buckets of various sizes. He was very good too. The first time I have seen this though.
People probably appreciated these drummers precisely because they were beating out good rhythms despite not having real drums. I would have liked to listen for a while.
We have a man using an african drum..... but he must have left or gone somewhere else (warmer) But never have I seen a group of drums like this. Must have been fun! -Happy weekend to you-
It's the beat that counts!
ReplyDeleteLove it! They do the same here and it is always entertaining.

ReplyDeleteYup, you just have to know what you're doing with the sticks, love this sort of street busking.
ReplyDeleteMaybe some band will sign them up.
ReplyDeleteThat's certainly different!
ReplyDeleteHow I love good drummers. But I also correspondingly hate bad ones!
