The lavish art nouveau Michelin building sporting images of the glamour of motoring in the early twentieth century. The building once the head quarters of the famous michelin company now sports a smart restaurant.
Back in the late 90's when I was working in Chicago, I made a trip to London with a friend from my hometown of Quincy. I had read about Bibendum's and decided I needed to try it so I made a lunch reservation and the two of us went. It's an interesting dining room with that big stained glass window with the Michelin character on it.
