A few days ago I showed you the outside of City Hall with a promise that I would take you inside.
Today we step inside. The reason is to see the Bleeding London exhibition. The exhibition is a selection of some of the 58,000 photos taken in the RPS project, the brain child of RPS member Del Barrett. Inspired by the book of the same name the project sought to photograph every street in the London A-Z guide (the 1991 copy).
The project ran for the year up to October 2014. Remember my early contributions? The exhibition is on at City Hall until 14 August.

Excellent! Beautiful place.
Excellent! Beautiful place.
Nice and interesting posting, both text and images. ( I like the use of bright colours).
Very modern!
After seeing Steve's post I wondered if this is what you were going to show us. That was quite a huge project.
Great idea and looks like a nice exhibition.
An excellent idea, I still have my small AZ somewhere...
I always wondered what it would look like in there. I assumed it was gov't offices like our City Hall but maybe not? I have an ancient A-Z.
I would give my eye teeth (yes I still have them!) to spend a lot of time in here! Wonderful project & what an amazing building.
This sounds like a fun project and something that would interest a lot of CDPers. Kudos to you for participating.
The building has a lovely exterior, and that exhibition must have been fun for tourists and Londoners alike.
Thanks for the heads-up. I didn't know about this exhibition. I walked past City Hall the other day, I could have gone in. Katharine x
