When I lived on the other side of town, I didn't see a lot of foot traffic but, here I see people out waking all the time. It's probably because there are more restaurants and shops close by here than there were where I lived before.
You got me thinking. Even though I live in a house at a corner, it isn't the kind of location where folks congregate. I don't think I have a corner any more.

It is quite busy. They are working on a new commuter station. And the bus stops have been redesigned.

The nearest corner businesses to my place have a student book store, a pizza shop, a Mexican fast food joint, and a corner store on the corners.
This is a nice slice of life.
