What a good shot.The word 'Metropolitan' makes me think this one is more Victorian and used as horse trough.I suspect cattle still passed by then, they did out here even in the 50's!Must be pictures of horses using them.

Interesting new use for the old trough.
I can only imagine that many people have missed this planter's true purpose, just because they are in a hurry. Nice capture.
