Those guys haven't got the idea at all; the orange outfits are supposed to make them visible, not camouflage them!
Well spotted indeed. Love John's comment, above. Graffiti is one thing, and once upon a time could be amusing, but I don't get the need to spray-paint signatures etc in public places. It's like cats marking territory, I guess. But very selfish.
